Download the Kaansky app (iOS or Android), create an account, tap "Add Camera," and follow the in-app setup wizard. Most cameras are live within 5 minutes.
Most Kaansky cameras support 2.4 GHz Wi-Fi. The Y8 and N1 Pro models also support 5 GHz dual-band. All models with 4G/LTE capability work without any Wi-Fi network.
Battery backup ranges from 7–30 days depending on the model, ambient temperature, and motion activity. The N1 (10,000 mAh) provides up to 30 days; the Y8 (30,000 mAh) provides the longest backup.
Yes. All Kaansky cameras record locally to a MicroSD card (not included, up to 256 GB) even without internet. For remote access, push alerts, and cloud storage, an internet connection is required.

Kaansky cameras support RTSP streaming and ONVIF protocol, making them compatible with most IP-based NVR systems and VMS platforms. Contact support for integration assistance.
Kaansky Cloud is entirely optional. It provides 30-day rolling video storage, AI event clips, and multi-site management accessible from any browser. Without cloud, your camera records locally. Plans start at $3.99/camera/month.
